What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the destination and delivery service requested. I go to the post office on Tuesdays and Fridays ♥
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do! But do keep in mind that you are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. Customs sometimes puts holds on packages, there isn't anything I can do about that. Once an order is given to the carrier, the item becomes the carrier’s responsibility and I don't have any control over it. The Tessera Oracle is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit. All that said if you do have any issues with shipping please let me know and I'll try my best to help sort it out. If your country is not listed on our site for shipping, please contact me at info@tesseraoracle to request a shipping quote.
How long will it take to get my package?
Canada between 2-12 business days. The US between 4-15 business days. Everywhere else delivery times range from 2-6 weeks. If you are interested in rush delivery outside Canada, please email me at info@tesseraoracle and I'll give you an idea of cost.
Will you be running another kickstarter?
Yes! I will be talking about that on the blog, Instagram and newsletter! pretty much everywhere ♥
Can I post pictures on Social Media?

How do I order wholesale?
I'm afraid the Tessera Oracle isn't available for wholesale yet, The Tessera are very expensive to produce so wholesaling is difficult, if you want to talk to me and try to figure something out please email me!
What’s the Tessera’s return policy?
Tessera accepts returns if the package is unopened and in their original condition with in seven days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the returning shipping costs including tracking number. Once we have received the package we will send the refund. If you wish to return something please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if something is damaged?
If the item is is damaged or incorrect please contact me at email@example.com and we will make that right as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
We ship items out very quickly. Email us as soon as possible if its before we have shipped the items then we will cancel them. if we have already processed the shipment we cannot cancel it.
Tessera Oracle does not offer exchanges at this time.
